Episode begins with Pankhudi visiting the boys family….After the usual pleasantries, the boys mom asks Pankhudi about Kaira’s nature but Pankhudi gives a glowing character reference…The mom is worried that since Kaira has studied abroad, her values will differ from the rest of the family…Pankhudi eases the mother’s fear by saying that Kaira can show attitude but she has a clean heart and is a wonderful life partner…
Pankhudi leaves and the mother sees a note in the box of mangoes and becomes suspicious…
Later in the evening, the boys family visit the Dewans house. the mother starts to interrogate Kaira’s nature…The mother comes straight out and asks Kaira whether she takes drugs…The family are shocked and refuse to believe Kaira taking drugs…The boys mother showed the note that she got with the mangoes… Pankhudi reads the notes stating that Kaira is taking drugs and that they should not allow the marriage to progress…
Mammiji blames Pankhudi to write the letter and deliver the note as she was the only one in contact with the mangoes after Mammiji packed them…Pankhudi defends herself and diverts the blame on Manan as the culprit…Mammiji seems to getting convinced that Manan is to blame but Kaira admits to the audience that she does do drugs…The boys family make a quick retreat back to their home…
With the boys family leaving, Mammiji returns to blaming Pankhudi for spoiling the reputation of Kaira and that Pankhudi hasthe brains for such a plan where direct blame cant fall on her…Manan enters the arena and wonders what happened…Pankhudi is not able to contain her disdain wonder as to why Manan is here as he was meant to be visiting an exhibition…Manan defends himself that he could not go as he felt that Kaira needed her support…Pankhudi tries to prove that Manan is behind it all but is unable to prove her case…
Mammiji is becoming more angry and continues to blame Pankhudi…Kaira’s father too chips in and says that Pankhudi has no right to spoil Kaira’s life as she has always supported her…He orders Pankhudi to leave the Dewans and not return back…Right on cue, Adi comes and takes Pankhudi away from the house not before some arguments between the warring family…Adi expected as much that the family will blame Pankhudi and that Pankhudi will try her best to prove her case…
With Pankhudi and Adi leaving the mansion, Mammiji cries and wonder who will marry her daughter…Manan says he will but Mammiji throws insults on him saying that he does not have the same status as them to even consider marriage despite kaira’s reputation being damaged…Kaira tells her Manan to shut up as she wont get married to him as she does not want to get married about pity….
Outside the mansion, Pankhudi is trying to stop Adi from dragging her away from the house but Adi continues to drag her and tells her not to say a word…Hold be hold, Pankhudi keeps quiet and follows Adi out…
Pankhudi tries to tell the entire story of why she was at the Dewan Mansion…Adi tells her that he already knows as his mother told him the entire story…This makes Pankhudi angry and refuses to listen to Adi’s reasoning…Instead, she starts on how much pain she was in and how she tried tirelessly to convince him of all the misunderstanding they had, but instead Adi refused to ignore her…She tells him that he should not take people for granted…
